      <description>Location: London | Salary: 32.00-32.00 Hourly | Type: Temporary | Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Mental Health Team for Enfield Council. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide personalised assessments, care management, and statutory social work services in accordance with Adult Social Care legislation, Council policies, and professional standards. Work as an embedded Adult Mental Health Social Worker within the Family Help Partnership Hub, supporting families where parental mental ill-health is impacting parenting capacity and child wellbeing. Undertake specialist adult mental health assessments, risk assessments, care planning, and brief psychologically informed interventions. Provide specialist consultation and guidance to Family Help practitioners and Childrens Social Care colleagues on adult mental health matters. Contribute to Family Help, Child in Need, and Child Protection planning through joint working, direct interventions, and professional risk formulation.
