They are looking for ambitious and driven Sales Advisors who thrive in a target-driven environment and want to build a career in B2B sales.This role is ideal for someone with previous outbound sales experience, though energy industry knowledge isn t essential full training will be provided. What matters most is your resilience, communication skills, and hunger to succeed. The Role As a Sales Advisor, you ll be responsible for generating new business, nurturing relationships, and managing your own pipeline. You ll be given quality leads, but it will be up to you to make the calls, handle objections, and close deals.Day-to-day, you ll: Conduct outbound B2B sales calls. Follow up on inbound enquiries and convert them into opportunities. Advise businesses on competitive energy contracts and renewals. Negotiate and secure agreements in line with compliance standards. Maintain your own client database and build strong, ongoing relationships. What We re Looking For We d like to speak with candidates who have: Proven experience in outbound B2B sales.
