The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality energy models, EPCs, and building performance assessments while working within a collaborative and supportive environment.The RoleThe Energy Modeller will be responsible for delivering energy modelling and building performance assessments across a variety of projects, ensuring compliance with current regulations and helping clients achieve their sustainability objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesProduce energy models using IES-VE software.Deliver EPCs and building performance assessments.Support clients with compliance and energy efficiency strategies.Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders throughout project delivery.Ensure projects are delivered to a high technical standard and within agreed timescales.Keep up to date with changes to building regulations and energy performance standards.About the CandidateExperience using IES-VE for building energy modelling.Ideally qualified as a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (NDEA) or have demonstrable ..... full job details .....
