Energy Manager Contract Length: 6 monthsLocation: Peterborough Excellent Rates*Public Sector Experience and relevant accreditation highly desirable* *Urgent 6 Month contract - Interviewing and hiring now!* This is a *Peterborough* Hybrid based role with an excellent immediate start within a Public Sector organisation working on *Delivering and continuously improving the Energy Management Plan.* We are currently seeking experienced Energy Managers to join a major infrastructure programme on an initial 6-month contract. This is a predominantly remote role with occasional travel to offices in Peterborough, London, York, and other locations as required. The Role As an Energy Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and continuously improving energy management practices across a large operational estate. You will work with a range of internal and external stakeholders to drive energy efficiency, support compliance, and identify opportunities for sustainable improvements. Key Responsibilities Deliver and continuously improve the Energy Management Plan. Monitor, analyse, and report on energy usage, trends, and performance. Maintain and develop the Energy Management System in line with ISO 50001 standards. Conduct energy audits and identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements. Prepare business cases to support investment in energy-saving initiatives. Coordinate energy reduction programmes and monitor their effectiveness. Design and deliver ..... full job details .....
