They work with major organisations to implement scalable, smart, and internationally governed energy solutions - including Energy as a Service (EaaS) models, Energy efficiency renovation and Solar installation (roof, ground and shade) and battery storage integration.Role OverviewWe’re seeking a technically proficient and contract-savvy Energy Expert to manage and deliver energy services, contracts, and performance frameworks aligned with IPMVP (International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol). This is a critical role supporting EPCs (Energy Performance Contracts), compliance, training delivery, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesEnergy Contract AdministrationManage the lifecycle of energy supply and performance contracts (EPC, ESCo models)Liaise with legal, finance, and suppliers to ensure SLAs and KPIs are metSupport procurement and tender evaluations for energy service providersEPC and IPMVP ComplianceAdminister and verify EPCs against savings guaranteesEnsure Measurement and Verification plans meet IPMVP standardsConduct ongoing performance evaluations and adjust baselines as neededTraining, Licensing and Knowledge TransferDeliver training sessions on energy performance, reporting, and complianceMaintain licensing and certification records in line with UK/EU and international standardsEnergy as a Service (EaaS) DeliverySupport the design and implementation of EaaS frameworksCollaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery and reportingEssential Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience managing EPCs and energy contractsStrong knowledge of IPMVP and experience with MandV plan developmentFamiliarity with EaaS models and working with providers such as E.ON, Mitie, Engie, or similarStrong project management and stakeholder engagement experienceBackground in commercial property, FM, or the public sectorDesirable QualificationsMSc in Energy Engineering, Sustainability, Building Services, or related field4/5 years'' experience in a design office or energy efficiency consultancyEnergy audit delivery experienceCMVP or IPMVP certification highly desirableKnowledge of SECR, ESOS, and UK energy legislationWhat’s on OfferCompetitive salary plus performance-linked bonusHybrid working modelCareer progression in a mission-driven organisationHighly stimulating start-up environmentBenefit from excellent development prospects thanks to the company''s growthOpportunity to shape the Net Zero future of real estateIf you’re interested in learning more or applying, please reach out to
