Regional Sales Manager Leicester (Office-based) £30,000-£35,000 basic salary with OTE up to £100,000+ (uncapped commission) About the Role An established utilities consultancy is looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join a growing sales team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential. You ll be responsible for generating new business, engaging with prospective clients, and promoting a range of energy and utility solutions that help businesses improve efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outbound outreach Make outbound sales calls and follow up on warm and cold leads Present energy and utility solutions clearly and confidently to potential clients Build and maintain strong client relationships Accurately log sales activity and client interactions using a CRM system Work closely with the wider sales team to support sales strategies and performance Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets Skills and Experience Previous experience in sales (utilities or energy experience desirable but not essential) Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Comfortable working in a target-driven environment Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team ..... full job details .....
