Energy Centre Engineer
Salary: £46,636-£58,937 + standby retainer c£4,000 and London Allowance (subject to eligibility)Location: Central London, FarringdonAs a Maintenance Engineer you will be responsible for completing routine and emergency maintenance to the equipment within the Energy Centres which include CHP engines, boilers, pump systems, electrical and control systems, as well as equipment associated with customer connections.Your duties include responding to reports of broken or faulty items, conducting routine inspections of equipment and liaising with external specialists and contractors. You will also support with planning, co-ordinating and completing maintenance activities for all mechanical, electrical, and CandI issues that impact/are likely to impact plant performance and identify issues and improvements. The purpose is to reduce unplanned unavailability, keeping our customers on supply 24/7 and improve the performance of the assets while ensuring all major costs are identified early in the process to assist with business planning.
