Energy and Sustainability Engineer

Role OverviewWe are seeking an Energy and Sustainability Engineer to lead environmental and energy initiatives across the organisation. You will ensure compliance with regulations, drive sustainability improvements, and support projects that reduce environmental impact and improve energy efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with environmental and energy standards (including ISO 50001)Monitor, analyse, and report on environmental and energy performanceIdentify and implement sustainability and energy-saving initiativesLead internal environmental auditsDeliver sustainability awareness and engagement activitiesSupport and manage sustainability-related projects, including planning and risk managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectivesPromote best practices and greener ways of working, including transport initiativesRequirementsBackground in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or similar)Experience in environmental management and energy reportingKnowledge of UK environmental regulations and ISO 50001Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skillsExperience in project management (desirable)Manufacturing experience (desirable)Benefits25 days holiday plus bank holidaysLife AssuranceFlexible working ..... full job details .....
