As Energy Adviser you will manage a caseload of disabled households struggling with their energy and water bills, supporting, and empowering them over the phone. Customers in need of either more in-depth support, or support with water bills, will be referred to you by a separate team of advisers. Fixed term until March 2028, with possibility of extension. Full time - 35 hours a week The hours for this role: Mon - Fri. 08:30am - 16:30pm or 09:00am - 17:00pm. Location: Working from home and attendance at Scope''s Leeds office (3 Brewery Wharf, Dock Street, Leeds, LS10 1JF) as required. We welcome all applications by 11:59pm GMT on Thursday 13 August 2026. The Role In this role you will be: Reviewing and confirming details with the customer and conduct an assessment to fully understand their support needs Developing goal-based action plans that clearly show how the customers support needs will be addressed.
