Endpoint Management SMEWe''re looking for an experienced Endpoint Management SME to join our team and take ownership of the design, delivery, optimisation and ongoing support of modern endpoint management services across the organisation.This is a hands-on role focused on managing and improving the end-user device estate across Windows, mobile and virtual environments, using technologies including Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Microsoft Entra ID, Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.You''ll play a key role in ensuring devices are secure, compliant, well-managed and provide a consistent, high-quality experience for users across the organisation.What you''ll be doingDeliver and support endpoint management capabilities, including device configuration, compliance policies and Conditional Access controlsAdminister and optimise Microsoft Intune across an enterprise environmentManage the application life cycle through Intune, including application packaging, deployment and distributionSupport co-management of Windows devices across Intune and SCCMImplement and maintain endpoint security controls in line with organisational security standards and risk requirementsManage patching and update compliance using Windows Update for Business and associated toolingDevelop PowerShell scripts and automation to improve operational efficiency, consistency and service qualitySupport endpoint management across Windows 10/11, iOS, Android and macOSWork closely with Security, Infrastructure and ..... full job details .....
