You''ll be responsible for Windows image management, VMware platforms, infrastructure support, security hardening, and troubleshooting, ensuring services are delivered in line with ITIL best practice.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain Windows 10/11 images.Support VMware Horizon, Windows infrastructure, and desktop services.Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise desktop performance.Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services.Implement Windows security hardening (CIS benchmarks).Develop automation using PowerShell and support infrastructure improvements.Essential SkillsWindows 10/11 and VMware Horizon.VMware vCenter, ESXi, and App Volumes.Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.Windows security hardening (CIS).PowerShell and automation experience.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Desirable SkillsTerraform, Packer, Python.Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow.Linux, NGINX/Apache.Trellix, Tanium, Backup and DR.Why Apply?12-month contract with extension potential.Flexible location with predominantly remote ..... full job details .....
