Encapsulation Assistant ManagerBridlington 40,000 + 5% Annual BonusDay Shift, Monday to Friday, with flexibility required to support wider Encapsulation operations including 4 on 4 off day shifts and night shift coverage where needed.A leading manufacturing business in Bridlington is looking for an Encapsulation Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of a fast-paced production department.This is a hands-on leadership role within a regulated manufacturing environment, overseeing Supervisors and Operators to ensure production targets, quality standards and compliance requirements are consistently achieved across all Encapsulation shifts.The role will involve:Supporting the Production Manager with the daily running of the Encapsulation departmentLeading, coaching and developing production teams across multiple shiftsEnsuring production plans are achieved safely, efficiently and right first timeDriving standards across GMP, hygiene, food safety and complianceSupporting audits, process improvements, shutdowns and changeoversWorking closely with Planning, Engineering, Technical and NPD teamsManaging staffing levels, training and performance within the departmentIdentifying operational issues and driving continuous improvement activitiesThe successful candidate will have:Previous leadership experience within manufacturingExperience working within FMCG, food, supplements, pharmaceutical or regulated production environmentsStrong people management and communication ..... full job details .....
