Knowledge of the local area would be advantageous.About YouTo be successful in this role, you''ll have:A minimum of 12 months'' experience supporting people with complex needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours of concern within a supported living environment.NVQ/QCF level 2 or a desire to work towards the qualification while workingA person-centred approach and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding support.About the RoleAs an Enabling Support Worker it will be your role to provide support and encouragement, by taking direction from both the person supported and the person centred support plan.You will be required to maintain accurate records while at work, in line with the service requirements.
