This exciting opportunity is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about ensuring the successful execution of construction projects.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the central point of contact on-site, interacting with all stakeholders involved in project execution, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.Manage daily planning and execution tasks, as directed by the Site Manager, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the construction site.Collect, verify, and consolidate data reports, such as DPRs, KPI reports, and crew change lists, while providing feedback on any discrepancies to the relevant data owners.Organise transportation and accommodation for site personnel, ensuring compliance with the project-specific transport concept.Act as the first point of contact for visitors and site personnel, maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area.Coordinate and organise meetings on-site, preparing and distributing meeting minutes for effective communication.Actively support health and safety initiatives, participating in toolbox talks and safety campaigns to promote a safe working environment.Maintain office supplies and manage purchase ..... full job details .....
