This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead and innovate within early career development programmes, including apprenticeships, internships, and graduate schemes!What You''ll Do: As a Senior Skills and Education Co-ordinator, you will:Design and deliver high-quality training programmes compliant with Ofsted and DfE regulations.Collaborate with educational institutions to create pathways for aspiring engineers.Support the Skills and Education Manager and act as a second nominee for Ofsted inspections.Facilitate the development of apprentices, ensuring adherence to apprenticeship standards and end-point assessments.Provide guidance on talent training and upskilling initiatives.Ensure compliance with Safeguarding/Prevent policies while fostering a safe learning environment.What We''re Looking For: To excel in this role, you will need:Experience in an engineering training environment focused on skills development.A minimum Level 4 qualification in engineering, learning and development, or a related field.Strong knowledge of ..... full job details .....
