Establish programme governance, milestones, and reporting. Manage four workstreams: Materials Compliance, Business Continuity, Regulations, and Transformation. Drive regulatory compliance while maintaining business continuity. Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder engagement. Report progress and escalations to senior leadership. Work with regulators and executive stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery. Required Skills & Experience: Extensive Senior Programme Management experience. Experience delivering complex programmes in regulated industries (engineering, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, etc.). Strong governance, planning, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
