Associate Ambulance Practitioner (AAP) Agency / Flexible Shifts Location: Northern Ireland (Multiple Areas) Job Type: Agency / Ad-Hoc Shifts Pay: Competitive hourly rate (enhanced rates for nights, weekends and bank holidays) Start Date: Ongoing Requirements The Role We are currently recruiting EMTs and Associate Ambulance Practitioners (AAPs) to support public and private services across Northern Ireland on a flexible agency basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within emergency and urgent care settings while maintaining control of your own schedule. Key Responsibilities Undertake patient assessment and provide treatment within AAP scope of practice Assist with clinical decision-making and safe patient transport Support discharge at scene or referral to appropriate care pathways where applicable Maintain accurate electronic patient care records Ensure compliance with infection control, safeguarding, and professional standards Safely operate emergency response vehicles (where authorised and qualified) Essential Requirements Level 4 Diploma for Associate Ambulance Practitioners (or recognised equivalent) or FREC 3/4 Up-to-date mandatory training (or willingness to complete prior to shifts) Right to work in the UK Why Join Us?
