Employment Tribunal Advocate Location: Remote (occasional office attendance required) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: PermanentBell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working with a busy and growing employment law team to recruit an experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled advocate to take ownership of a varied caseload, defending tribunal claims on behalf of the firm''s clients and representing them at hearings across the country.The RoleDefend Employment Tribunal claims on behalf of clients, managing your own caseload from instruction through to hearingRepresent clients at full hearings, the majority of which are conducted online, with occasional travel to hearings throughout the UK where requiredProvide clear, practical advocacy and advice throughout the litigation processWork closely with the wider employment law team to deliver a consistently high standard of client serviceAbout YouQualified as a solicitor or barrister is preferred; however, applications are also welcomed from candidates who can demonstrate the necessary advocacy skills and employment tribunal experience without formal qualificationProven advocacy experience, ideally within an Employment Tribunal settingStrong working knowledge of employment law and tribunal procedureConfident, articulate, and comfortable representing clients independently at hearingsWell organised, with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseloadThe ..... full job details .....
