Employment Team Leader (Mental Health)

You will be leading the Hillingdon Team. This role is not formally hybrid, however, there may be occasional opportunities to work from home on a non-contractual basis, depending on business needs and diary commitments. This is a brand-new role on an exciting new IPS employment support contract with a charity that''s genuinely a great place to work. You''ll be leading a team of eight Employment Specialists who help people with health conditions get back into work, making a real difference to local lives every day.What you''ll be doing You''ll be supporting, coaching and motivating your team to deliver a high-quality service. Your week might include:Monthly supervisions, quarterly reviews and community observationsWorking closely with NHS partners, Jobcentre Plus and local community groupsHelping your team build strong relationships with local employersMaking sure employment and health plans are joined up and alignedReviewing the service regularly against IPS fidelity standards to keep quality highWe''re recruiting for a Team Leader covering the Hillingdon Borough.
