Employment Tax Senior Manager

Responsibilities
Lead complex advisory and compliance projects across UK Employment Taxes and Global Mobility.
Act as a senior point of contact for clients on matters including NMW, CIS, and cross-border tax issues.
Oversee due diligence for corporate transactions and provide technical oversight on employment tax compliance.
Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to the strategic growth of the service line.
Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to business development initiatives.
To succeed, you will need:
Qualifications
10+ years in UK Employment Taxes and/or Global Mobility (practice or industry).
Strong technical expertise across UK employment tax compliance and advisory.
Proven ability to manage senior client relationships and lead project delivery.
Excellent communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.
CTA qualified or equivalent (preferred but not essential).
