You will be responsible for providing guidance on employment contracts, employee benefits, payroll taxes, and help organisations mitigate legal risks, optimise tax strategies, and confirm compliance with regulations to support effective human resource management.Our Employment Tax, Incentives and Payroll (ETIP) team sits within our Workforce team, as part of our wider Tax and Legal practice. Workforce is built up of specialist teams who provide advice and support to manage organisational and people challenges, delivering tailored solutions to each of our clients.As part of the ETIP team you\''ll help clients ensure that they are paying employees correctly and paying the correct tax. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join the ETIP team as an Employment Tax adviser. The role would be responsible for advising management teams in a number of areas relating to employment based regulations, across a wide range of clients spanning all sectors and including UK listed (PLC and AIM) and unlisted (family, private equity-backed) businesses.
