This is an opportunity to join a well-established tax team advising on complex, real-world employment tax issues for a varied and high-quality client base.An established professional services firm is seeking an Employment Tax Manager to support the continued growth of its employment tax offering, working closely with senior stakeholders and clients across advisory, compliance, and transactional matters.The RoleYou will manage a broad portfolio of employment tax work, including:Employment tax advisory and compliancePAYE, NIC, and employer compliance mattersShare incentives and equity-related remuneration issuesTerminations, benefits, and expensesEmployment tax input on transactions, reorganisations, and reward planningSupporting HMRC enquiries, audits, and disclosuresWorking closely with colleagues across corporate tax, personal tax, payroll, and reward teamsThe role offers genuine variety, client exposure, and the chance to influence and develop the employment tax proposition.ResponsibilitiesManage client relationships and act as a trusted employment tax adviserDeliver practical, commercially focused advice to employersReview work prepared by junior team members and support their developmentAssist Partners and Directors with business development and proposalsContribute to thought leadership and internal knowledge ..... full job details .....
