Job Title: Employment Tax Assistant ManagerLocation: City of London, hybrid working availableSalary: Up to £55,000! The Role and Responsiblities: Manage comprehensive employment tax compliance services including PAYE health checks, P11D benefits reporting, PAYE Settlement Agreements, and Construction Industry Scheme complianceDraft technical advisory communications for clients on complex employment tax matters including employment status, IR35, termination payments, and benefits-in-kind structuringSupport senior leadership in delivering strategic advice and identifying opportunities in complex employment tax scenariosContribute to international employment tax and global mobility projects, including expatriate tax compliance and cross-border employment tax planningMaintain cutting-edge knowledge of UK employment tax legislation and HMRC guidanceProactively share insights and best practices with clients and colleaguesParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and training sessionsBuild strong relationships with key stakeholders across their client baseSupport business development through proposal writing, networking events, and identifying new opportunities within existing client relationshipsMentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance cultureEnsure all deliverables meet the highest standards and regulatory requirementsTake ownership of projects and drive them to successful completionThe Individual: Proven experience in employment ..... full job details .....
