Key Responsibilities

• Manage employment tax compliance for diverse client portfolio including PAYE health checks, P11Ds, and CIS compliance
• Draft technical advisory reports on employment status, IR35, termination payments, and benefits structuring
• Support strategic advice on complex employment tax scenarios and cross-border planning
• Contribute to business development, client meetings, and proposal writing
• Coach junior team members and maintain collaborative team culture
• Potential involvement in expatriate tax compliance and global mobility projects

What You Need

Essential: Previous employment tax experience, ATT qualification (or equivalent), HMRC interaction experience, advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities
Desirable: Payroll processing knowledge, expatriate tax understanding, business development mindset
