About the Role Trigon Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced and motivated Employment Specialist to join a leading organisation supporting individuals with barriers to employment across New Milton and the surrounding area. Working within the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, you will provide personalised employment support to participants, helping them identify their career aspirations, build confidence, secure suitable employment and sustain their chosen job. This is a community-focused, flexible role, offering the opportunity to work from home when appropriate while spending the majority of your time meeting participants, employers and partner organisations in community settings. You will take a person-centred approach, working closely with individuals who may face a range of barriers, including mental health conditions, neurodiversity, SEND, health conditions and other complex circumstances.
