Employment Specialist Team Leader (IPS) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: £43,471 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting Location: Community-based role covering Ealing, Barnet, Brent, Hounslow and Harrow. Role Overview Trigon Recruitment is seeking an experienced, motivated Employment Specialist Team Leader to lead a high-performing Individual Placement and Support service across West London. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone who can embed IPS fidelity, inspire Employment Specialists and drive sustainable paid employment outcomes for people facing complex barriers to work. As Employment Specialist Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership, supervision and coaching to a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring the service is person-centred, outcomes-focused and consistently aligned with IPS best practice. Working across multiple boroughs, you will build strong relationships with employers, commissioners, health partners and community organisations, using performance insight and service user feedback to support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Leadership, Coaching and IPS Fidelity Lead, motivate and develop a team of Employment Specialists to deliver a high-quality IPS service across West London.
