Right now, we are looking for an Employment Specialist to play a pivotal role within our IPS Employment Service in Havering, North East London. Based within a supportive and collaborative team, you will help people experiencing serious mental illness and complex mental health needs achieve their employment goals as part of their recovery journey. You will: Manage a caseload of clients experiencing mental health challenges, building trusting and collaborative relationships.
