Job Role: Employment Specialist Health and Wellbeing Location: Cheshire East Salary: £31,767 Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Role Overview: We are recruiting an enthusiastic and person-centred Employment Specialist Health and Wellbeing to support individuals facing health-related barriers to achieve sustainable employment outcomes across Cheshire East. As an Employment Specialist Health and Wellbeing, you will work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, disabilities, long-term health conditions and other complex barriers that impact their ability to gain, retain or progress in employment. Working within local communities and alongside healthcare professionals, community organisations and employers, you will provide personalised, strengths-based support that helps people improve wellbeing, build confidence and move towards meaningful and sustainable employment. This role is delivered in line with the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model, an internationally recognised approach that integrates employment support with health and wellbeing services. Full training and ongoing support will be provided where required.
