As an Employment Specialist – Health & Wellbeing, you will work with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, disabilities, long-term health conditions and other complex barriers that impact their ability to gain, retain or progress in employment. Working within local communities and alongside healthcare professionals, community organisations and employers, you will provide personalised, strengths-based support that helps people improve wellbeing, build confidence and move towards meaningful and sustainable employment.
