Employment Specialist Location: Bromley Contract: 3 Months (with the possibility of extension) Rate: Competitive, dependent on experience Aatom Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Employment Specialist to work on behalf of a local authority in Bromley on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of the Trailblazer Programme, helping economically inactive residents overcome barriers to employment and secure sustainable job opportunities. About the Role As an Employment Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting Bromley residents into meaningful and sustainable employment. Working with individuals who may face challenges such as health conditions, disabilities, or long-term unemployment, you will provide tailored employment support, vocational coaching, and ongoing in-work guidance. You will work closely with employers, healthcare providers, Jobcentre Plus, community organisations, and internal council services to ensure participants receive the support they need to achieve positive employment outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-to-one employment coaching and employability support to programme participants. Create personalised employment support plans and identify suitable job opportunities. Support participants with CV writing, applications, interview preparation, and job searching.
