This is a chance to join a well-established and growing Employment team known for its strength in respondent work, supporting regional, national and international clients including businesses, public sector organisations and charities.The Role You''ll be part of a fast-paced and collaborative team, handling a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The work is predominantly employer-focused, with exposure to high-quality advisory and tribunal matters. Your responsibilities will include:Providing pragmatic, commercial employment law advice across a range of issuesManaging your own Employment Tribunal caseload, including advocacy at hearings, PHRs and CMDs where appropriateSupporting senior lawyers on complex matters and strategic projectsDrafting, researching and delivering clear, solution-focused advice to clientsAttending client meetings, negotiations and contributing to business development initiativesDelivering training sessions and building strong client relationshipsSupervising and delegating to junior team members where appropriateAbout You2-6 years'' PQE with solid employment law experienceConfident handling tribunal matters and client advisory workStrong commercial awareness and ..... full job details .....
