This is a client-facing role suited to a solicitor who is confident, proactive, and capable of working independently while contributing to the wider success of the department.Key ObjectivesDeliver high-quality fee-earning work and contribute to departmental profitabilitySupport business growth through client development and service excellenceMaintain high professional standards in line with business objectivesKey ResponsibilitiesAdvise on all aspects of employment law, including contracts, policies, and proceduresDraft employment contracts, staff handbooks, and related documentationRepresent clients in Employment Tribunals, including advocacy where appropriateNegotiate and draft settlement agreementsProvide strategic advice on disciplinary, grievance, and dismissal mattersMaintain accurate and up-to-date case records and reportingAttend client meetings, including on-site visits where requiredDeliver training sessions and legal updates to ..... full job details .....
