Job Title: Employment Solicitor (1-3 PQE) Location: Leeds Hours: 9:00am - 5:30pm (38.75 hours per week) Working Pattern: Flexible, with hybrid and part-time options consideredAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and commercially minded Employment Solicitor to join a busy and growing employment team based in Leeds.This role is ideal for a solicitor with around 1-3 years'' PQE, although applications from candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers while also managing your own caseload, offering exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.The RoleYou will advise both employers and individuals across a wide range of employment law issues, taking responsibility for your own files while contributing to the wider success of the team.Key responsibilities include:Advising on a full spectrum of employment law mattersManaging Employment Tribunal cases, including advocacy where appropriateProviding practical, commercially focused HR and employment adviceDrafting and negotiating employment contracts and settlement agreementsHandling matters through ACAS early conciliation and Tribunal proceedingsBuilding and maintaining strong client relationshipsSupporting business development initiatives, including client training and networkingEnsuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including AMLAbout YouQualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal ..... full job details .....
