The RoleAs a Senior Associate Employment Solicitor, you will take a leadership role within the Employment Law department. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of complex legal matters. Your in-depth knowledge of employment law and ability to provide strategic guidance will be critical in ensuring clients receive the highest quality legal services.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a portfolio of legal matters.

Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Collaborate closely with clients and other stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop effective legal strategies.

Supervise and mentor junior associates, providing guidance and support to foster their professional development.

Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices to maintain a high level of expertise in employment law.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of experience in employment law.

Strong academic background in law, with a focus on employment law.

Proven track record in this area of law.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong business acumen and ability to understand clients needs from a commercial perspective.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
