The Role Join an established Employment team as a Senior Associate, working alongside experienced Partners and senior lawyers. Manage a broad and technically varied caseload across contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Advise a diverse employer client base including SMEs, major corporates, PLCs and public sector organisations. Handle complex Employment Tribunal litigation alongside strategic advisory matters. Develop strong relationships with existing clients while building your own profile and network. Play an active role in business development, pitches and wider marketing initiatives. Support and mentor junior lawyers within the team. Work collaboratively with Employment colleagues across the wider firm. Hybrid working available.
