The Role You will advise employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters, including: Employment contracts, policies and procedures Disciplinary and grievance matters Redundancies and restructures Settlement agreements TUPE and business transfers Employment Tribunal claims Unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing matters Senior executive exits HR and employee relations issues Corporate support and transactional employment matters (desirable but not essential) The successful candidate will manage their own caseload whilst working closely with experienced employment specialists on complex matters.
