You will work alongside industry-leading Partners, handling complex and high-profile employment matters across a wide range of sectors.This role offers the chance to work on high-value employment disputes, mergers and acquisitions, TUPE transfers, redundancy exercises, and advisory work for both employers and employees. You will also contribute to business development and client relationship management within a collaborative and ambitious environment.Key responsibilities: Drafting contracts, policies, agreements, and handbooks.Advising on employment issues connected with mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, and TUPE transfers.Handling employment disputes, including Tribunal preparation and representation where appropriate.Managing complex redundancy and restructuring exercises.Supervising junior team members and supporting their professional development.Engaging in business development and marketing initiatives to grow client relationships.Team members frequently work on high-profile, commercially significant cases, such as multi-million-pound discrimination claims, large-scale redundancy plans, and international corporate transactions.
