Employment Solicitor - NQ or aboveLocation: BristolContract: Permanent, Full-time (flexible working considered) The OpportunityA boutique employment law specialist firm are looking to recruit a high-quality Employment Solicitor (newly qualified and above) to support an incoming senior hire who will be spearheading the growth of our Bristol office. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity to join a developing team, work closely with a recognised senior practitioner, and play a key role in establishing and growing the firm''s presence in the South West. The role is open to solicitors with either claimant or respondent experience, and we are keen to hear from lawyers with a strong technical base, commercial awareness, and the ambition to develop their practice within a collaborative environment. The RoleDepending on your level of qualification, you will be involved in:Advising employers and/or individuals across the full spectrum of employment law mattersManaging your own caseload with appropriate supervision and supportSupporting the senior hire on complex and high-value mattersDrafting and negotiating contracts, settlement agreements, and policiesHandling Employment Tribunal claims from inception to resolutionContributing to business development initiatives and the growth of the Bristol officeBuilding strong client relationships and delivering a high standard of service About YouQualified Solicitor in England and Wales (or due to qualify), NQ+Solid grounding in employment ..... full job details .....
