They are now seeking a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our busy Employment team at our Coventry office.

The Role

• As a fee earner in their Employment department, you will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
• Advising employers and employees on employment rights and obligations
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
• Supporting corporate colleagues on the employment aspects of business transactions
