Duties will include:Advising on day-to-day HR and employment law issuesDrafting employment contracts, policies, and staff handbooksHandling and advising Settlement Agreements, Redundancy Matters, and Employment Tribunal claimsSupporting corporate transactions with employment law input (TUPE, due diligence, etc.)Assisting with business development, client training sessions, and marketing initiativesExposure to both the claimant and respondent''s employment workKEY SKILLS:Sound legal knowledge, drafting and advisory skillsExperience of undertaking advocacy in court/chambers/tribunal settingExperience of presenting to an audienceCommercial, practical and financial awarenessConfidence and ability to ..... full job details .....
