An excellent opportunity has arisen for an immediately available Employment Solicitor to join a reputable organisation on a six month fixed term basis due to increased workload. • Manage a varied caseload of employment claims and litigation on behalf of members, representing clients before Employment Tribunals, courts, internal hearings and through other dispute resolution procedures.
• Undertake advocacy where appropriate and represent members before relevant regulatory bodies, providing practical and commercially focused employment advice throughout the lifecycle of each matter.
• Contribute to the delivery of employment law training, assisting colleagues and members with developing their understanding of key legal and regulatory issues.
• Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with more than 2 years' PQE in Employment Law and proven experience managing employment casework.
• Experience in related areas, including Personal Injury claims, would be advantageous.
• This is a six month fixed term contract, offering a competitive rate and flexible hybrid working, with the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days per week.
