This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm''s reputation in the local market while managing a diverse and high-quality employment law caseload.Key Responsibilities:Manage a comprehensive employment law caseload, covering areas such as unfair dismissal, discrimination claims, contracts, and settlement agreements.Guide clients confidently through all stages of employment-related issues, from initial consultation through to resolution.Achieve financial and performance targets while delivering exceptional client service.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal standards in your work.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referrers, and other professional contacts.Contribute actively to business development initiatives to support the growth of the Woking office.Ideal Candidate:Strong technical knowledge and experience in employment law.Proven ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.Demonstrated initiative in generating new business; a following of clients is desirable but not essential.Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.Proactive, commercially aware, and ..... full job details .....
