Our Top 200 client is seeking an Employment Solicitor (2-5 years PQE+) to join their highly regarded and supportive team, handling a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment law work. Key Responsibilities for this Employment Solicitor role Provide practical, day-to-day advice to clients on a broad range of HR and employment law matters. Draft and review employment contracts, workplace policies, and staff handbooks. Advise on and manage Settlement Agreements, redundancy processes, and Employment Tribunal claims. Support corporate transactions by delivering employment law input, including TUPE advice and due diligence. Handle a diverse caseload with exposure to both claimant and respondent employment matters. Undertake advocacy in court, chambers, and tribunal settings where appropriate. Contribute to business development initiatives, client training sessions, and marketing activities. Build strong client relationships and develop new contacts for the team and firm.
