Employment Solicitor Shirley Hybrid £60,000 - £75,000 GMP Recruitment Agency Limited are proud to be partnered with an award winning, successful law firm in Birmingham. We are supporting their recruitment for an experienced Employment Solicitor (5-6 years PQE) to join our growing and highly regarded Employment team in Shirley, advising a diverse client base of businesses and individuals across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.The successful candidate will advise on a broad mix of employment law matters, working on high-quality, varied employment projects in a supportive, high-performing team. Main duties: Advising employers on disciplinary and grievance matters, restructures, redundancies, performance management and TUPE mattersManaging Employment Tribunal claims from instruction through to resolutionDrafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and wider employment documentationSupporting corporate transactions with employment law advice and due diligenceDelivering commercially focused, strategic legal adviceSupporting business development activity including networking, seminars and client training initiativesRequired skills and experience:5-6 years'' PQE in Employment Law within a UK law firmStrong technical experience across contentious and non-contentious mattersExperience managing your own caseload with confidence and minimal supervisionExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsA ..... full job details .....
