With offices throughout London and across England and Wales, our client has earned an outstanding reputation for legal excellence and exceptional client service.Recognised and recommended by The Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, this top-tier firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join its highly regarded Employment Department.The Employment team advises employees and employers on a comprehensive range of employment law matters, acting for both claimants and respondents in Employment Tribunals, County Courts, and the High Court. The team delivers practical, strategic advice from the outset of a matter through to resolution by negotiation, mediation, settlement, or litigation.Duties and responsibilitiesReport directly to the Department Director.Manage a varied caseload of employment law matters from inception to conclusion.Advise and represent clients on matters including: Unfair Dismissal; Discrimination Claims; Redundancy; TUPE; Breach of Contract; Conduct and Workplace Issues; Settlement Agreements; Mediation and Alternative Dispute ResolutionUndertake advocacy where appropriate.Attend client meetings, take instructions, and prepare cases.Draft legal documents, witness statements, and ..... full job details .....
