This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a successful, partner-led Employment team advising both employers and employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. The Role You will handle a diverse caseload of employment matters and work closely with colleagues across other specialist departments to deliver practical, commercially focused advice. The work will include: Employment Tribunal claims Workplace disputes and litigation Settlement Agreements TUPE matters Disciplinary and grievance procedures Employment contracts and staff handbooks HR policies and procedures Redundancy and restructuring advice Mediation and dispute resolution This role offers an excellent mix of employer and employee work, with exposure to a varied client base ranging from individuals to SMEs and established businesses.
