Employment Solicitor/Legal Executive 8+ PQE Hampshire Hybrid Working An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with 8+ years'' PQE to join a growing Employment team in Hampshire. This is a specialist role with a particular focus on settlement agreements, offering the opportunity to develop your expertise while taking a leading role in the growth of the team. The Role: You will handle a busy caseload of employment matters, with a strong focus on settlement agreements. The role will also give you the opportunity to: Develop specialist expertise in settlement agreements Manage a high-quality and varied Employment caseload Build and maintain strong client relationships Help grow and lead the Employment team Mentor and support junior members of the team Contribute to the continued development of the practice About You: Qualified Employment Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive with 8+ years'' PQE Strong Employment Law background Excellent technical knowledge and attention to detail Significant experience handling settlement agreements Confident working independently and managing your own caseload Strong client-facing and communication skills Ambitious and keen to take on a leadership role What''s on Offer?
