Employment Solicitor (2-5 PQE) - LeicesterA highly regarded Legal 500 law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor (2-5 years'' PQE) to join its growing Employment Law team in Leicester. This position offers strong career development, business development opportunities and the chance to work alongside experienced employment law specialists.The RoleThe Employment Solicitor will manage a varied caseload and support clients on a range of workplace legal matters.Key responsibilities include:Advising clients on employment law matters, including acting for claimants in settlement agreementsDefending Employment Tribunal claims, including preparing Grounds of Resistance, disclosure, drafting witness statements and advising on case meritsRepresenting clients and assisting with Employment Tribunal hearingsDrafting and reviewing contracts of employment, policies and proceduresProviding practical, commercially focused advice to ensure clients'' objectives are metKeeping up to date with employment law developments and delivering client updates or training sessionsBuilding and maintaining strong ..... full job details .....
