You will work closely with senior leadership and colleagues across multiple offices, contributing to both client work and the ongoing expansion of the team.This role offers hybrid and flexible working arrangements, depending on business and client needs, alongside strong support from the wider team and access to an established client base.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a varied and complex caseload of employment law mattersAdvise both employers and employees on a broad range of employment issuesHandle TUPE matters, redundancies and business transfersDraft and negotiate settlement agreementsAdvise on restrictive covenants, confidentiality breaches and workplace disputesDraft and review employment contracts and policiesManage Employment Tribunal claims from start to finishPrepare legal documentation, including submissions and correspondenceConduct legal research and analysisWork collaboratively with colleagues to ..... full job details .....
