Employment Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE)Location: Hassocks, West SussexA highly regarded law firm in West Sussex is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified to 3 years'' PQE Employment Solicitor to join its established and growing Employment Law team.This role offers an excellent opportunity for a junior employment lawyer to develop rapidly, working with a high-quality employer-focused client base, including UK and international businesses, while receiving outstanding training and mentorship.The Role:Working closely with experienced Employment Solicitors, you will be involved in a broad and varied employment law caseload, including:Advising employers on contentious and non-contentious employment law mattersManaging Employment Tribunal claims from start to finishDrafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and settlement agreementsProviding day-to-day HR and employment law advice to clientsDelivering employment law training sessions and seminars to clientsSupporting clients on complex and sensitive employment issuesThe firm places a strong emphasis on training, supervision and career development, making this an excellent role for an Employment Solicitor looking to progress quickly.Your Requirements:NQ to 3 years'' PQE as an Employment Law SolicitorTraining contract or post-qualification experience in employment lawStrong communication skills with confidence advising employer clientsA proactive and personable approach to client careFull UK driving licence and access to your own ..... full job details .....
